Independent mobile house (farmhouse 100 meters away) in the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, 8 km from the nearest village (Scansano). Wide open spaces between olive trees and wild vegetation with Argentario view.
To get to the farm you have to take a dirt road.

HOW TO GET THERE:
If you arrive from the North in Grosseto you have to reach ROSELLE 3 km before Gosseto and take the provincial ROAD 159 towards Scansano.A Scansano take the PROVINCIAL ROAD 160 towards Pereta Magliano.After 3 km turn left at the RIPACCI sign.At the first junction turn left, following Ripacci and the road becomes dirt. Always follow the road past "IL VIGNOLO" and after about 300 meters turn right following "Podere Novo"

From the south you can reach Podere Novo 153 by taking the Roma Civitavecchia motorway, exit at the end and you will find yourself at KM 82 of Via AURELIA. Continue on Via Aurelia until KM 146, turn right on the provincial road 160 towards Manciano, Magliano, Scansano. Passate Magliano and Pereta, after about 6 km from Pereta, on the right, you will find two blue Anas signs that indicate RIPACCI: turn right. At the first junction turn left, following Ripacci and the road becomes unpaved. Always follow the road past "IL VIGNOLO" and after about 300 meters turn right following "Podere Novo"
