Miðás is 3 km away from the main road 1 on road 288. It is a perfect point to start day trips: in 1h you are in Reykjavik or in Vík, by passing places like Skoga and Seljalandsfoss, Landmannalaugar, Gullfoss waterfall, Geysir, hot spring, Vestmannayjar island.
Out from the window in Miðas you have the view over Hekla vulcan, Eyjafjallajökull, Mýrdalsjökull glacier.
In Miðás we have dogs and many horses for tourist riding. You have possibility to book dinner and after that relax in the hot tub!
