Light and airy loft style apartment in converted warehouse – close to the beautiful Harbourside.

Our unique apartment is right in the heart of the city, tucked away in a quiet street, yet just minutes away from the waterfront and all that the city has to offer. It occupies the first and second floors of a converted Victorian warehouse with its own front door at street level.

The space
The apartment occupies the first and second floors of an old brick built Victorian warehouse in a quiet street in the desirable Redcliffe area of Bristol. This apartment has been converted to a high standard and comes fully equipped with all your home away from home comforts.

The building has had many uses over the years and we recently converted the top two floors into an apartment and retained a small self contained office on the ground floor.

You enter the apartment through its own front door at street level via a short flight of stairs. On the first floor there is a double height living room with exposed roof rafters from the original building. This large and light open plan living room includes a dining area and fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with a large central island. The kitchen is well equipped with a Neff oven and an induction hob. In the living space there is a TV and stereo system which can be connected to your computer or electronic devices. On this level there also is a small shower room and a good sized double bedroom.

A set of wooden stairs leads to the open plan loft style spaces; with a master bedroom and luxury ensuite bathroom. Adjoining the bedroom is a small sitting/study area with a balcony. From the balcony there are extensive views over the rooftops to the Harbourside, Clifton and west to Ashton Court. The balcony doors fold back and this is the perfect spot to enjoy a warm summer evening. There are great sunsets from the balcony and you can often see hot air balloons flying over.

- Please note that the second floor is a loft style open plan space with steps into the bedroom and is not recommended for people with mobility problems or small children.

We have updated our cleaning procedures to ensure our guests' safety during the Covid-19 outbreak. Our housekeepers have PPE, keep all windows open while they are there and take extra care to ensure all frequently touched areas, such as doorknobs and light switches, are sanitised. Also, where possible, we keep 24 hour gaps between bookings to further minimise any risk.

Guest access
You will have sole access to the property during your stay except one room which we will keep locked downstairs - next to the second bedroom.

PARKING -
The apartment is centrally located in the Redcliffe Residents Parking Zone. Free on street parking is available on Sundays and between 5.00pm and 9.00am Mondays to Saturdays. During residents parking hours, on street pay and display parking is available for £1.00 an hour with a maximum stay of 3 hours. A limited number of daily visitor parking permits are available for use during residents parking hours and we are currently able to provide 1 permit for each full day of your stay, that falls on a Monday to Saturday. Permits cost £5.00 each and can be purchased in advance.

The nearest car park is on Redcliffe Parade. The charges for the car park are listed here:

I have lived in and around Bristol since 1982. I am married to John and have two grown up sons. I recently retired from Local Government and John is an Architect. I love nature, yoga and cycling and like to visit new places as often as I can. We have a converted warehouse in the heart of the city that we make available to visitors to Bristol.
