Stylish renovated terraced house, located in central Holywood and close to the coastal path, bus and train. Local restaurants & shops within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Modern, comfortable living accommodation within close proximity to Holywood town centre, restaurants, amenities and transport, coastal path and Redburn Country park for scenic walks, and leisure facilities including Holywood Golf Club.

The house has super ground floor and outdoor living accommodation, a spacious master bedroom and small triple room on the first floor. The house has one bathroom.

Park Terrace is a small terraced house located on a quiet residential street, 3-5 minutes walk from Holywood town centre.
It is the smallest of our houses, with only 2 bedrooms, but it is deceptively spacious.
The living accommodation is what makes this house so attractive to many quests. It has a separate living room to the front of the house, but to the rear there is a large open plan kitchen / dining / sun lounge area, with double patio doors leading on to a sunny south facing rear yard, which is a good size and has a large table and chairs and BBQ for use of guests in the summer months.
The kitchen is ideal for cooking / socialising / entertaining in as you can chat to your family / guests while cooking due to the open plan layout. As with all our houses, the kitchen is well equipped, but please note, it is our only house that does not have a dishwasher due to limited space.
The house benefits from gas central heating meaning it is cosy all year round and is thermostatically controlled. Instant hot water is another benefit of the gas central heating.
Upstairs there’s a lovely bathroom with walk in corner shower. There is a good sized double bedroom with fitted robes for great storage and a small rear bedroom. We have put triple sleeper bunks in the rear room, to accommodate families with children, but the bunks are solid and suitable for adults. They are fixed to the wall for extra safety.
The upstairs of the house is small and compact, however most of our guests feel that the downstairs living space really makes up for this, with conformable and versatile living and dining areas.
One of the house’s main advantages is its fantastic location, just off Holywood High Street. It takes only 3-5 minutes to walk into the town centre.
Park Terrace provides comfortable, affordable accommodation in a quiet residential street in the heart of Holywood. There is no designated parking space, however guests can park their cars on the roadside and it is also a great option for those travelling on foot as it has doorstep convenience to the vibrant town centre of Holywood. This attractive, bustling town boasts numerous boutiques, art galleries, gift shops, plenty of hairdressers and beauty salons for pampering and special occasions, and a fabulous selection of award-winning bars and restaurants, all within a 3-5 minute walk from Park Terrace.
As well as the close proximity to the amenities the town centre has to offer, the house is a 5-10 minute stroll from the scenic coastal path and playpark at Seapark, and guests are ideally placed to explore the rest of North Down, Belfast and beyond, as access to transport, both bus and rail, is a 5 minute walk from the cottage.

The house is a short stroll to the scenic coastal path, where guests can walk from Holywood to Bangor, Groomsport, Donaghadee and beyond, or in the opposite direction towards Belfast.
Holywood town centre is full of award-winning restaurants, cafes, stylish boutique and gift shops and other tourist attractions. There are children’s playparks – Jonny the Jig in the town centre, swings and slides in the pretty woodland of Ballymenoch Park, great views over Holywood, & Belfast Lough from Redburn Country Park, and a large playpark by the sea at Seapark.
The house is ideal for commuting to Belfast, North Down or as a base from which to explore the rest of the province due to transport links - road, rail, sea and air.
The house is located close to some of Northern Ireland’s most famous tourist attractions, such as Titanic Quarter, The Game of Thrones Tour, W5 Interactive Discovery Centre, The Crumlin Road Gaol, The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum, the SSE Arena, and many more. For those who want to travel further afield, why not visit the famous Giants Causeway, or take a tour of the Bushmills Distillery. Guests can also join the Belfast hop on/hop off bus tour and explore Belfast including Queens University, Stormont, and the murals decorating the Peace Wall. The house is full of literature and suggestions to help you plan your stay and enjoy some of the sights and experiences Holywood, Belfast and the surrounding area have to offer, ensuring your visit is truly memorable.
It is close to the Hastings Culloden Hotel and the Crawfordsburn Inn. The Park Avenue Hotel, the Premiere Inn in Bangor, and all the major Belfast Hotels are only a short taxi ride away, making it an ideal place to stay if attending functions nearby. The
Park Terrace provides comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 5 people (however please note one bed is a triple bunk – more details provided).

We have been providing guests with comfortable, stylish self-catering accommodation in Holywood for over a decade. All our properties have been certified and / or graded by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and we aim to provide guests with affordable accommodation which is of a very high standard. All of our houses are located within easy walking distance of Holywood town centre, the stunning coastal path, and a short bus / train / taxi ride from Belfast, Bangor, the George Best City and International airports and ferry terminals. Our style is traditional, with a modern, eclectic twist. We are focused on promoting the local area, and guests will love the stylish décor and local artwork in all our homes. We’ve covered the walls of our houses with local art, which showcases the local area, landmarks and Northern Irish culture – in art which is innovative, thought provoking, historic, humorous and quite simply great to look at. Guests will soon find themselves familiar with many of the landmarks featured on our walls – perhaps they may even give travellers a few ideas about how to plan their trip! We think we have our kitchens equipped with every utensil / piece of equipment a visitor could wish for – but if there’s an item we’ve missed, guests just need to let us know and we will have it delivered. Our houses have dishwashers and washer / tumble dryers to make your stay as relaxing and “work-free” as possible. Linen and towels are provided in all our homes, and items like ironing boards, hairdryers, washer / tumble dryers all come as standard. Cots and highchairs are available on request. All houses have Wi-Fi some have DVD players / XBOX / book library and games selection for the entertainment of guests and children. We also provide information on local restaurants, amenities, entertainment and services in the area, with contact numbers to make your stay as easy possible. Our houses all have plenty of full length mirrors for people getting ready for special events such as weddings and family celebrations, and our mattresses and linen are hotel quality to ensure that you get a comfortable nights sleep and are ready to explore our lovely surroundings feeling refreshed and relaxed. We have guests visiting all year round, and guarantee that you will be very comfortable whatever the season. Some houses have larger outdoor space than others, but all have access to a private BBQ area, which is particularly nice in the warm, sunny, summer months. At Christmas time we love to get the decorations out, and all guests benefit from a welcome pack on arrival throughout the year, so that they can get the kettle on as soon as they have checked in. If you are travelling with e.g. another family, or are part of a large group, many of our houses are located near to each other, so guests sometimes spread their bookings between 2 or more houses. If you want to know which houses are close to one another for large group bookings, just give us a call and we will be happy to advise you. We love animals and are pet friendly. We know that beloved pets are part of the family and that travelling without them is frequently not an option. We do have rules regarding pets staying in our homes, but they are reasonable, and guest’s dogs are very welcome and are often left a little welcome pack of their own! If you have any queries at all – you may want to book a restaurant, taxi, hairdresser or plan a trip - do please email or phone and we will endeavour to help whenever we can. There’s so much to do in the immediate and surrounding areas, with some very famous sights and landmarks only a drive away. We recommend numerous attractions in the literature in our cottages, but there’s always lots of seasonal events going on that you may be interested in, or perhaps you want to e.g. plan a daytrip further afield.
