Cozy single story cottage 5 steps to ocean. Master suite with private entrance and fabulous view of ocean. Amenities include Full kitchen with microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwasher, glasses, coffee maker, etc., Free WIFI Internet, Free Digital Cable, 2 TVs', washer/dryer (Coin Laundry), patio with BBQ and reserved parking in tandem for 2 vehicles. It is 1 house off the ocean and 1 1/2 blocks to bay.

This Property is 3/8 Mile to Pacific Beach, just a few steps to Old Mission beaches shops, and restaurants and 1 Mile to Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): Wavehouse with manmade wave machine, indoor olympic size pool, jacuzzi, and health club. Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, go carts, glow in the dark minature golf, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading. Lots within walking distance.

Lots of beach toys and games for the children:
sand castle building items, Frisbee, smash ball, beach chairs, footballs, boogie boards etc.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, pair sailing, jet skis, etc.

Multiple cottages (3) can be reserved at this location for larger groups. CAN SLEEP UP TO 21!

Guests will have access to Patio and BBQ overlooking ocean, Community Laundry onsite (free), Free WIFI and Cable. Lots of Beach games and toys for the kids are located underneath stairs going to the unit. Parking is located right next to building, it will fit 2 normal sized vehicles.

4.No parties, excessive noise, or irresponsible activity. $200.00 fine if complaint by neighbor. Noise Control and Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
5.No subletting or assigning property to other persons, not designated
6.Missing items and damage caused; if the amount exceeds your deposit you will be billed for the difference
7.Guests agree to take property as is and sight unseen. All properties have been cleaned before each occupancy and is in good condition. Guests to provide paper products.
8.Guest agrees to adhere to any house rules posted
9.Kitchen, baths, and floors thoroughly cleaned, trash deposited in outside black bins, recyclables in blue bin, linen laundered and stacked on bed(s) before departure (unless cleaning fee is paid in advance)
10.Property must be left in reasonable condition- If property requires additional cleaning beyond normal use additional fees may be assessed.
11.No smoking inside or outside premises. No candles or incense permitted.
12.I have read and understand company policies (found on the website or in paper form)
13.Utilities will be deducted from deposit on monthly rentals.
14.If property is left damaged your security deposit will be assessed via AirBNB.

As soon as we arrived, the place does not look like in pictures. The bathroom flush makes a terrible sound. The master suite has separate entrance and the other 3 rooms have another entrance. If you are with a large group, this becomes inconvenient. Second day, the water heater stopped working and we had to locate the heater and start it manually and wait for 45 minutes to get the water heated. The beds in each room are horrible, makes lot of noise and the spring's are horrible, high time to change the beds in all rooms. We also noticed small roaches in the kitchen. Only beauty was the beach being a block away, kids had a blast.

Rakesh, I am sorry for your experience. If you had concerns you should have expressed them to us. The pictures are exactly accurate. Only an upgraded 40" Flatscreen in the living room was the difference. Should have been to your advantage. The master suite is clearly disclosed as a "Private Entrance" in the description of the property. The beds we will have a look at and will replace. If you choose to comeback please let us know. Hopefully you will have a better experience. We do our best to make your stay pleasant. Perhaps a larger property would have been better for your group considering the max was supposed to be 8. Luke was very helpful during our visit and fixed every thing we asked for. The house was as described with some small fixes along the way. What could be improved is ventilation/fans according to me.
