This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
A remote cabin on the Islay coast, reached by farm track and across the dunes — genuinely wild, genuinely beautiful, and unlike anything else on the island. Light the wood-burning stove and spend evenings with no noise but the waves and birds. The surrounding dunes and coastline teem with wildlife. No internet connection. That's rather the point.

The space
The cabin sleeps up to four across two bedrooms — a double bedroom and a dedicated bunk room. The bathroom is a shower and wet room.

Ground floor: sitting room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, shower and wet room.

Outside: a fenced lawn surrounding the cabin with an outdoor dining table. Parking available at the car park, with a 400 metre walk to the cabin across the dunes.

Other things to note
Access is via a farm track across farmland. Vehicles with low clearance should park at the car park and walk the final 400 metres to the cabin. On arrival, someone will be on hand to help carry food and luggage down.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please respect the surrounding farmland and keep dogs under control near livestock.
