In the center of Diano Marina,4 steps from the pedestrian area and 52 from the sea there is a small house, a studio apartment, a cozy shelter, where you can relax, sleep, wash, cook and eat. Here everything is new, elegant and careful.The small studio is in an alley, far from the noise. The floor is in black volcanic slate tiles, the Italian designer furniture is white, the sofa bed is ready and comfortable. The bathroom is renovated.You can use the kitchen.There is air conditioning and heating.

The space
My wife and I looked after our studio apartment, thinking carefully about how to make it comfortable and beautiful. So we renovated it with quality materials and furnished with quality furniture with Italian design. It is small but very functional. You will have at your disposal sheets and blankets, bath towels, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, glasses etc. There is air conditioning, but if you prefer to keep the windows open, mosquito nets will protect you from insects. For the winter there is heating. The sofa bed is double and is as big as a standard double bed. You can lay out beach towels or laundry without having clutter, thanks to the long wires placed outside the window. Nothing is missing: tranquility, comfort, elegance and proximity to all services. It is suitable for up to two guests.
