Originally built in the 1915 as a horse barn, our completely renovated 970 sf 2BR, 1+bath cottage features all of the amenities of single family home. Perfect for 1 -2 adults. Prime location steps from the J-Church rail. Enjoy a full kitchen and bath, living area, private courtyard and entrance.

NOTE:
1 month minimum stay is required.
1 party per stay. No party switch out during stay.

The space
The secluded, quiet, and safe, fully detached cottage has an open kitchen and a living room full of light and sunshine that opens up to a spacious and private landscaped garden. The cottage has its own private entrance from the street.

Our cottage also features a smart HDTV and WI FI high speed internet.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, mugs and silverware.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with high thread-count cotton sheets. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, also with high thread-count sheets. THE SPACE HAS MAX CAPACITY OF 4 (IE- a couple with 2 responsible kids).

The modern bathroom has a soaking tub with shower over the tub and we provide all cotton bath
towels and soaps.

There is also a half bathroom downstairs off of the living room along with a clothes washer and dryer. In addition, you have use of the private patio.
Iron and iron-board are also provided.

Guest access
Guests have access & full use of the cottage. Guests have use of the shared courtyard space. The space is for your enjoyment. I will come periodically to attend to the patio garden.

Other things to note
STREET PARKING:
There is restricted (Read the street cleaning signs before parking) street parking in the surrounding blocks) if you are renting a car. You do not need a parking permit in order to park. Street parking is fairly easy to come by.

Follow all local health & safety health orders!

We do NOT offer college internship housing- no exceptions
We are NOT a hotel as this is our private residence. We expect that you give an honest effort to mind the cottage as your own. Read through all of the reviews. If you have a question please ask. We are just a few blocks away from 24th Street, downtown of Noe Valley where you can find trendy restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wine and cheese shops, fashionable boutiques, and a Whole Foods supermarket and Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings.

Across the street from our place is one of the best butcher shop/meat market in San Francisco and there are plenty wonderful upscale and casual restaurants within walking distance from the cottage.

Sunny & I (Ed) are married with two active boys. We work in San Francisco. Our boys go to a neighborhood school. I am construction contractor in the city and Sunny is a CPA / finance consultant. When we are not cheering for our guy’s water polo teams, we enjoy entertaining with our friends and families, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors.
