Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the four loungers, accommpanied by beautiful mountain views. The 7m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2m is private. Next to the pool there's a terrace which is perfect for a small breakfast. However, the porch is a nice spot for a barbecue with your family. Besides, there's an exterior shower. Children will enjoy the garden with 60m2-sized lawn area. The plot si fenced and there are direct neighbors.
Indoors, a air conditioned living-dining room with satellite-TV (only German and Spanish channels) is open to a small kitchen equipped with vitro hob, oven and cooking utensils. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can choose between three air conditioned bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed. The latter has also a desk. The house has one bathroom with bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.
Located in the Nort-East of Mallorca, Betlem is a quiet and small urbanisation. The house is 400 meters from the sea and the rocky beach. By car you can explore more beaches (rocky and sandy) lik Ca Na Clara, Caló des Ermitans or Caló des Parral in Colonia de Sant Pere. As Betlem is a quiet and small town, for shops or restaurants you have to go to Colonia de Sant Pere (about 4 km away).
