Comfy, quiet room with king sized bed, sole use of spacious bathroom with bath, hot shower and fluffy towels ! A short walk to the station and Ascot racecourse. There is a pub 2 minutes from the house that serves Indian food or several restaurants close by in Sunninghill. The house is in a quiet cul de sac next to
woodland and a park but in a great location close to the centre of Ascot.
I am mostly at home so available if you have any queries.

The space
Detached house. Large kitchen/living area. Perfect location for the races, , or short break in Berkshire. Quiet location yet close to Ascot station (8 minute walk) with direct trains to London Waterloo, Richmond and Reading. A 12 minute walk(approx) to the famous Ascot racecourse and bustling main street and eateries!
Local attractions include Windsor Great Park, Wentworth (home to PGA golf) , Sunningdale and polo at Smiths lawn. A short drive to royal Windsor and easy access to M3 andM25.

The house is located in a small cul de sac tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. There is a park close by and woodland adjacent to the house and lovely walks in Swinley forest too.
