Where you’ll be

Kensington, California, United States

Our home is nestled at the intersection of two very quiet streets in a safe and quaint community. We're within a few blocks of north Berkeley, and have efficient access to Oakland, Silicon Valley, Marin County, and San Francisco. Our neighborhood is home to many long-time residents, new young families, and urban professionals who work in San Francisco.

Families enjoy safety, great shops and restaurants, and easy access to a few neighborhood parks and playgrounds. From our house, it's an easy stroll over to Solano Avenue for boutique shopping or dining at local favorites Fonda, Rivoli, or Vanessa's Bistro.

To get to Solano Ave take a right after leaving the house, turn left onto Colusa Ave, and keep walking straight. If you take a left at the fork you'll see Colusa Circle, with a pizzeria, Semifreddi's bakery and coffee shop, small grocery Colusa Market, the Circus Pub, and a Farmer's Market every Sunday. Walk straight through the circle and keep straight, after a few minutes you'll get to Solano Avenue.
