Unfortunately it is not possible to allow a late check-out when other guests are entering. That is something that most people understand but unfortunately you do not. The check-out is until 10 am but we have allowed you to stay until 1 pm, that is, three hours more. I think it was a broad tolerance on our part and it was free. But you wanted to stay in the apartment until 3 pm. Unfortunately it was not possible. You must understand that if there are people who arrive after you, that is not possible. Security personnel in the building lobby are not allowed to store luggage. It is not bad intention on our part but the rules of the building. We do not have reception like a hotel has. Our service is not like a hotel and you rented an apartment in the temporary rental style. Both services are very different in service and price. You should understand the differences. Even so we have kept your luggage until 3 pm. The apartment had service and bed linen and towels for two people and it is not true that they have been removed. The taxi service was requested by you and is not part of my business. We offered to store your bags in a department that we used for administration and it was free. The service we have offered was cordial, the apartment clean, you had everything you requested, we allowed you to do a late check-out for 3 extra hours and we kept your bags until 3 pm. All this last required by you and given for free. I really believe that your discomfort has no foundation and you should be annoyed by other issues unrelated to renting the apartment. I suggest you review your discomfort since it is not good for you to get upset when there is no reason to do so.
