'Shabby chic' is probably the closest, to my house's overall feel and look! Very much lived-in, it will never be a spotless showhome. It's warm, cosy, quirky, quiet, while being four minutes' walk from the local West Bath train station (Oldfield Park) - which whisks you in to Bath Spa in two minutes - and also from the river. So you can walk into town that way too(lovely); ten minutes has you on the edge of central Bath. Another ten and you'll be at the town centre...

Ethan's place is about a mile from the city centre along safe roads served by buses or you can walk most of it through the lovely park or along the river. It's only about three minutes walk from Oldfield Park Station so the location is good. The house itself has a relaxed, bohem…

Really enjoyed my one night stay at Ethan's. He's a fantastic, considerate host. He had an emergency and couldn't be there for my visit but we had a very pleasant phone conversation, he arranged for me to get a key and when I arrived at the house he'd left a note telling me where…
