Absolutely must stay here, the location is amazing, the house is clean, modern, and nice. Literally right across the street is Bathsheba Park/ Ocean. Very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. So much different than the other side of the island. My suggestion would be to stay on both sides if your going to visit Barbados.

Stefan, I am so sorry about the TV; you should have told me and I would have had it corrected. It's a new TV. By the way, thanks for the breadfruit. It was delicious.

I was looking for a small place to stay for a few days with my two daughters. The apartment place is right in front of the bathsheba park so it is scenic and you can hear the waves bouncing off the shore. it is located at an area where families can feel safe, it is serene and away from the maddening crowds .Very neat & tidy rooms, and great if really want some peace of mind. The pictures look like those in the postcards, no joke. If you like taking pictures or surfing this is great. But we dont surf so we swam in the soup bowl. There was ayoung couple who were sitting in the soup bowl drinks beers like they were sitting in their own little pool. You have to see the soup bowl to understand how enjoyable that must have been for that couple. I can not comment on breakfast and dinner as we brought our own food to cook because our host provided utensils for cooking. But on our furst day we ate lunch at Dina Bar which was delicious. We also had lunch at the roundhouse resturant which is much further up the road but walking distance. They mostly had subs but it was great tasting.(check trip advisor for reviews) Compliments to miss marva as she was very courteous and goes the extra mile to make things work for us. She really went above and beyond to make my first airbnb stay delightful and memorable. The hospitality is just amazing.

I am an elderly lady and was born in this neighbourhood. After graduating from high school, I taught for a short while in the elementary school system. I liked travel and applied for a job with an international airline in Barbados and was later transferred to NY. On becoming a US citizen, I worked for DHS where I retired. Two years ago I returned to my hometown in Bathsheba where I now live and enjoy. I've travelled a lot and nothing makes me happier than seeing new faces.
