Country house with swimming pool and garden - The farmhouse with swimming pool is located in the countryside with well-kept and completely renovated furnishings, for a relaxing vacation 5 km from the Fiastra Abbey Nature Reserve, 30 km from the entrance to the Monti Sibillini Park, 30 km from the Adriatic Sea and 60 km from the Conero Riviera.

The space
The Casa del Sole apartment is spread over two floors: on the ground floor is the large living room with kitchen, which leads to the upper floor with a solid oak staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, tablecloths, trays, etc. Upstairs is the large Sun Room with 1 double bed, 1 large single bed and 1 single bed, a bathroom with large shower and the Oriental Room with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. If needed, on the ground floor, with an independent entrance and adjacent to the accommodation, there is the Room to the South which is a double room + single bed, with bathroom inside, available for groups of 6 people.

Outside, in addition to a private space for everyone, there is a large common garden with a swing for the little ones, a hammock and a special swimming pool: surrounded by the greenery of the Campolargo valley, it is 14 meters long, 4 meters wide and has a height of 1.2 meters, perfect for swimming. But the absolute novelty is that the purification system uses sea salt, so in addition to not perceiving the annoying smell of chlorine, the water is crystal clear without the addition of any chemical product and just bathing produces beneficial effects on the skin and predisposes to pleasant psycho-physical relaxation. It is a summer pool, fully usable from June to September; generally, but depending on the temperatures, it is open from May to October
In the long and thoughtful design of our home, we have given great importance to the concept of sustainability.
That's why the house is built in poroton bricks, which are breathable, self-supporting, and earthquake-proof. This means that a minimum amount of cement and other chemicals have been used for insulation. Our house is entirely heated by a hot air thermo-fireplace: there are therefore no radiators or floor systems and the heat is always maintained very well thanks to the use of wooden fixtures with double glazing.
In the recently renovated Casa del Sole, we installed a heat pump system, with heat in winter and air conditioning in summer.
The hot water for the entire complex passes through solar panels that convey the water into an 800-liter accumulator: in winter, especially on sunny days, the boiler consumes considerably less, since the water to be heated does not start from room temperature and therefore the times to heat it are decidedly limited. In summer, the boiler is turned off and turned back on towards the end of September.
As for electricity, we installed a 4.4 KW photovoltaic system on the roof of our shed, connected to the grid with on-site energy exchange: an optimal solution to use energy produced during the day to power, for example, the pool pump and also save on the cost of the bill.
Last but not least, we have completely changed the type of lighting: until a year ago, the lamps were all low consumption, but from this year our property is completely lit with LEDs to further reduce energy waste.
