The situation is special, peaceful, well situated in the Empordà and close to the city of Figueres.
Plenty of beaches and nice coves just 30 minuts form the house.
The closes bakery is not more than 10 minuts driving, There is a big supermarket, 9h00 until 21h00 where you can buy bread aswell, also 10 minuts.
Restaurants there are plenty in the smalls villages near the house, driving 15 - 20 minuts you can find very nice one´s.
The garden is an oasis of tranquillity where you can perform many activities.

Where you’ll be

It´s situated just 3 km from the village of Vilanant.
We live next to the house, but there is NO problem for noise, the walls are huge, and the garden, pool, and others facilities are only for you, you want see us, only in the early in the morning when we prepare the pool for the day and if we have to water the plants, nothing else.
If there is a problem we are 24h available to solve the problem.
