I've been to 2 other Airbnbs in Stonetown and this was absolutly the best. The hosts are very friendly, the rooms are big and the flat makes you feel home in short time. We could use a fridge and a kitchen and a big living room. I would highly recommend this room, if you want to enjoy Stonetown.

This was an ideal place to stay in the heart of Stone Town. The others staying in the airbnb with me were wonderful company and we all became good friends, so this is a great place to meet people since there are 3 rooms in total that are rented out. I could walk everywhere from here, to Forodhani Gardens, Darajani Market, museums and historical sites, the ferry, many cafes and restaurants, and the beach. The house had basic amenities and we were all able to use the kitchen for cooking. Abdul was very communicative and responded to whatever questions I had right away over text. I would highly recommend Abdul and Hashim's place for anyone looking to stay for a short or longer period of time, like I did.

This place has very good location, 5 min walk from the ferry and 10 min walk to the center (food market etc.). The apartment is very nice with functional kitchen and cosy living room. Shower with hot water. The room was cool and quiet. Tea, coffee and cakes always available.
