Luxury apartment, located in the complex Romana Playa, which is beachfront. It has 5 swimming pools, green areas, 300 mbps symmetrical optical fiber internet connection with high speed Wi-Fi, parking and all the amenities and facilities you need for a luxury holiday.

The beach is ideal, crystal and clear water, shallow and very quiet. You will fall in love with the dune-filled environment .

The space
Due to the developing COVID-19, we understand that some clients will be concerned about making advanced bookings with us. We would like to reassure all of our customers that you can book with confidence knowing that any deposits paid will never be forfeited as a result of you being unable to attend your holidays due to COVID-19 (coronavirus). This apply for bookings made during march and april 2020.

We want to indicate that during the last month, we have not hosted any receivers from Japan, China, Korea or North Italy. Data updated on 19/04/2020.

The apartment is decorated with much affection and taste, renovated, with premium comfort. We have a bed of 150cm and a bed sofa of 150cm both very comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and induction hob. The bathroom has a very big shower and a 160cm shower tray. The terrace is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Is very pleasent to enjoy the terrace with the smell of the sea, pines and palms.

In the common areas you can find plenty of green areas, 5 pools of different depths, a viewpoint where you can see Africa and Gibraltar on the horizont (sunsets are highly recommended from here)!

We also have a play area, with swings, table football, ping pong, etc.

You can find a gym in the urbanization from about 40 € a week or 60 € a month. There are also 10 pass ticket that can be shared with all members of the family.

Other things to note
It is a very quiet area, you will only hear the singing of the birds, the neighbors are very polite, international atmosphere and if you want some fun, in the area, walking along the beach about 5-15 minutes you will find beach bars and clubs very Interesting, such as Ranchón Cubano and Nikki Beach.

Enjoy a breakfast in the sun and fabulous sea views.
