Perched atop a hill in the Chalk Hill region of Healdsburg, we designed our house to be the kind of place where you immediately feel at home and never want to leave.

The 4 bedroom main house features expansive views, a bright open floor plan and ample spaces for gathering indoors and out including an oversized poolside lounge bed and outdoor dining area.

Note that we are only renting to guests (8 max) who want a relaxing getaway & agree to our rental rules. No parties.

The space
Note: When you request to book, please tell us a bit about your group and what brings you to the area so we can determine if you are a fit. We are renting to guests - max of 8 - who are looking for a relaxing getaway and who will abide by our rental rules and treat our home with care. While we do not have a no kids policy this is more of an adult house.

When our original home burned in the 2019 Kincaid fire, we had an opportunity to re-build taking advantage of what we love most about the property: the extraordinary views in every direction. The entire east facing side of the main house is floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

On the property are a:
- two-wing main house with 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 (and no more). One wing has the primary bedroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms and the other has 2 queen bedrooms with a shared Jack + Jill bathroom and a second king bedroom with an en suite bathroom

- view pool house with a bathroom, dedicated office and all purpose tv lounge space and gym with free weights.

- pool with in-ground spa; note that the pool is solar-heated using a thermal cover, so water temperature naturally follows the weather — expect a refreshing dip on mild days and a lovely warm swim during the summer months. The spa is heated year round (103 degree set temp).

- garage with a tesla charger.

The house - except for the BBQ and spa - is powered by solar electricity. Air-conditioned + radiant heat floors.

We put a lot of thought in to the details that make a stay welcoming and comfortable, from American Made Redland Cotton sheets in every bedroom to a thoughtfully appointed kitchen with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining.

Note that we ask all renters to sign our rental agreement through DocuSign, which we send once a booking is made.

Other things to note
We do not allow weddings, events, large gathering or parties of any kind. This is not the right house if you want to be loud, party or don't like following rules.

We are a fully permitted vacation rental and pay all required occupancy taxes. As such we strictly adhere to the Sonoma County Rental Rules which include, but are not limited to, the following:
- quiet hours between 9pm and 7am
- no outdoor amplified sound allowed
- no more than 8 overnight guests, no more than 12 total on the property during the day. Max 4 cars for overnight guests.
- no outdoor burning or fireworks.
