Two more areas beckon you, plus the rooftop deck. Feeling social? Gather in the loft space to play games or watch the cable-and-WiFi-enabled flat-screen TV from the plush sectional sofa. It even has a full laundry room for your convenience, as well as a chic powder room right off the kitchen and a handy, one-car garage.
