Interaction with guests
I'll be able to offer any kind of help that my guests may need. I'm happy to take them out to a local get together with friends or take them dancing at the 5 star clubs uptown or we could go to a low key pub with friends. Whatever my guests prefer. I am very outgoing and friendly and I can't help myself but to be fast friends with everyone I meet. I'm also available for providing any information like a recommendation to the best Italian restaurant in the city or provide them with directions to any destination.
Quiet hours: On Sunday - Thursday from midnight until 7:00 am. No extremely loud music. If guest loses keyfob to elevator, they must pay the $40 to replace it. Guest may bring a small to medium dog with the approval from the owner.

I'm a young professional whose been living in Charlotte for about 10 years. I definitely call Charlotte my home. It's an amazing city filled with great people and so many fun things to do.
My friends would describe me as outgoing, fun, open-minded, kind-hearted, and compassionate. I absolutely love meeting new people and traveling. A few things that I can't live without are the freedom to be spontaneous, my running shoes, my passport and good friends.
When I'm a guest in someone else's home, I'm extremely considerate - I treat their home as if it was mine, I try to help with the cooking and cleaning.
I'm a natural extrovert and I find getting to know new people fascinating. As a host, I enjoy getting to know my guests if possible. I may be busy during the work day, but I enjoy having a glass of wine or grabbing a coffee with my guests if our schedules allow.
As I said before, I've been in Charlotte for 10 years so I'm a wealth of knowledge if you need a recommendation for a local restaurant, spa, boutique, salon, music venue, etc. If you'd like to get a sense of the local culture or meet new people, ask me to take you to a local watering hole or one of our more upscale lounges for a drink.
**Please let me explain the 2 reviews that state that I canceled their reservations. It was due to a misunderstanding on my part. I was in the middle of creating my airB&B listing and published it before the calendar. Then I took a break intending to come back to the listing in a few hours to finish it and update the calendar. I thought that it would take a few weeks before my listing was booked. I returned a few hours later to finish the listing and provide the dates my listing would be available. To my dismay, I had 2 reservations which was great except my condo was not available on the dates that my condo had been booked. I was doing some remodeling on my condo would not be finished until a date past the dates of both reservations. I had no choice - I had to cancel. It was a misunderstanding on my part. Going forward I will go to great lengths to make sure I do not cancel another reservation ever again.
