Welcome to this beautiful modern house with private pool in Santa Margalida for up to 7 people.

The space

On the large terrace you can find a chlorine pool 7 x 4m with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.7m, a mobile BBQ, six sunbeds and the chill out area with two sofas and the table. There is also a fully equipped porch.

The house of 280 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has four bedrooms, all of them on the first floor. You can choose between three double bedrooms and one single room. Only one double bedroom comes with A/C and a bath en-suite with shower and bathtub. One cot and one highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, the house has two more bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both with shower.

The modern living room is very cozy, with one large sofa, one table, satellite-TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, gas stove, one table with chairs and air conditioning. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The area of Santa Margalida is the perfect location, in the center of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by people of the island, so there is not much mass tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so you will find everything you need in Santa Margalida; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sport area, bars and some restaurants.

Enjoy the day at the sandy beach or have a drink watching the sunset in Ses Casetes dels Capellans or Picafort, only 15 minutes drive. In the area, there are good restaurants where you can eat paella, with the most amazing sea view. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a lively area in contrast to the Playa de Muro, very quiet. Port of Alcudia and Pollensa are also very close.

Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas, la casa un lujazo, con todo tipo de detalles, nos hemos sentido realmente como en nuestra casa. Todo perfecto, no podemos comentar nada negativo. Ahora deseando que llegue el año que viene para poder volver.
