This wonderful villa has incredible outdoors, including a big 8.5m x 1m salt swimming pool, with a deph ranging going from 1m to 1.80m deph, external shower, all surrounded by a lovely grass area perfect for sunbathing or play with the little ones of the family. Beside the swimming pool, there is a porch, ideal to enjoy delicious meals prepared at the barbecue. For the sporty ones, you dispose of a ping-pong table.
The modern house disposes of a gorgeous living-room with A/C, perfect to relax while you watch the satellite TV or listen to some music. This room is open to the dining-room and the vitro hob kitchen, so you can be together all the time. Obviously, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
There are three bedrooms, all with A/C and two single beds and two of them with a wardrobe as well.
Also two of them dispose of a bathroom en suite with a shower.

The villa is located from about 2.5km of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find everything you might need during your stay. Only 15 km driving will get you to idylic beaches like Sa Coma, S'Illot, Cala Bona or Cala Millor. Tennis icon Rafa Nadal Academy, is only 20 minutes drive.
