All units share a 9m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2.1m, twelve sun loungers, an exterior shower, a terrace, a garden with fruit trees and a porch where you can enjoy a tasty barbecue.
This nicely furnished studio offers an air conditioned living-dining area with satellite-TV and a basically fitted kitchen with vitro hob all in one room. It has direct access to a small, private terrace where to have a glass of wine in the evening. A wooden staircase leads you to the bedroom with two single beds, which is open to the living-dining-kitchen area. If you are three people, we can supply one extra bed. Furthermore, a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests are available. There's one bathroom with shower. This unit welcomes you also during the winter as it has central heating.
The laundry is shared with the other apartments and there you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
This amazing rural area is a good location to explore the island, especially the beaches like Cala Mandia, Cala Romántica or Porto Cristo. Besides, you can practise hiking and cycling or just have a stroll through the nice paths around. Manacor offers all necessary amenities for an independent stay like supermarkets, restaurants, shops and much more. A car is necessary.
