This charming detached house, located in Denia, is suitable for 4 people.

The space

Enjoy and cool off in the shared chlorine pool of 11m x 6 m, and a depth from 1.6 m to 2.2 m, during the hottest days and then relax on sun loungers. You can access to the pool without time restriction, provided that the hours of rest of the neighbors are respected. The furnished terrace of 12 m2, overlooking the communal garden, is perfect for taking a good breakfast.

Inside we can find in a same space, equipped with air conditioning, a bright living room and the kitchen with gas stove yand all the necessary cooking utenils. A kettle is available on request. In the laundry there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. We can provide one crib and a highchair free of charge, when traveling with a baby. There are two heaters available for the cooler evenings.

The house counts with 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom with shower.

This property is in a quiet residential area of Denia. In only 5 km you will reach the beach of Les Marines where you will find tranquility for the whole family and one of the best views of Denia Castle, situated on the hill near the sea. You can enjoy several hiking trails, biking, or scuba diving excursions to different coves by boat.

Just 1 km away, there is the beach La Marineta Cassiana, a sandy beach with all services awarded with a Blue Flag. In the surroundings you can enjoy beautiful landscapes: it is highly recommended to visit Les Rotes (coastal area with beautiful beaches and landscapes) from the promenade along the shore of the beach Marineta Casiana.
