House two floors in closed, quiet fractionation, on the slopes of the big hill, it has a kitchen, football, a small back garden and a "tree house” for the little ones.

With a terrace for a barbecue or outdoor BBQ, ideal for feeling relaxed in these times of pandemic.

We make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed, the accommodation is in a quiet place, it is both my house and your house, we hope you will enjoy your stay!

The space
The home is designed for you and your loved ones to be comfortable and find the essentials for a pleasant stay, and we're always trying to improve the comfort of our guests.

Please help us by taking care of things like it's your home.

For stays longer than 15 days, an additional linen change is provided.

We try to take care of the planet, saving non-renewable resources like water. For stays of less than 15 days, if you require additional changes to linens or towels, there is an additional cost of 300 pesos per change.

You'll find three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, ideal if you're accompanied by an older adult or carrying children.

It has two full bathrooms one on each floor of the house.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender as well as cooking utensils such as pans, pots, and dishes.

If you have children, there are also dishes and glasses for them.

At the top you will find a small TV area with smartv and a Blu-ray, there are movies in the house x if you like to watch them, in addition to TV, for children there is also a small garden at the back as well as a playhouse that they can use.

It has a terrace area on the second floor, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon or having a barbecue with family and/or friends.

We have a barbecue right there, we just ask that when you finish occupying it you throw away the ashes and residues that are left of coal or food, since afterwards it is difficult to wash it and it costs us more work.

The map seemed to be far from the center, but the truth is just 20-25 minutes away.

It has the advantage that the streets in the area are a little wider and there are no floods or floods in rainy season, as sometimes happens in the center.

For long-term stays over 15 days water, electricity, maintenance, internet services are included as long as the electricity and water receipt does not exceed $400 x month as a whole.

The gas in long stays is filled before the guest enters, if during their stay the entire gas tank is consumed, the cost of the following refills is borne by the same guest. It should be noted that the gas tank is 30 litres.

If you require Tag, we will gladly provide it, subject to a deposit of 500 pesos, which will be returned to you upon check-out. This deposit covers the cost of the Tag if it is lost, broken or damaged.

Where you’ll be

San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico

The house is in a closed subdivision, inside there is a convenience store that closes until 10 pm and opens at 8 am.

I ask that because it is a closed fractionation you moderate the volume of the music if you listen to it overnight (from 9 pm), since the neighbors can get upset.

If you want to stay at home or if you have a little craving, there are neighbors who can take you home with you some cake, cupcake, skewers, etc. if you are interested let me know. There is also food delivered within the fractionation.

Leaving the subdivision on university avenue you will find taquerias, torterias, pizzerias; you will also find near an Aurrerá winery, some pharmacies.

Parallel to the University you will find a square with cinemas, a Soriana and banks.

In the center I can recommend the restaurant "viva la vida" and just around the corner you will find the parish cafe very rich for breakfast.

I also recommend the "Los Güeros” tacos on Av. Universidad muy ricos.
