When the guests have a lack of basic communication and do not want to ask the host for some things in the apartment if they aren’t clearly explained during the check-in or the guest doesn’t ask a host for a help if needed then the host gets a review like written above. The mobile drying rack is located above the bathtub, in the kitchen there are several appliances that can boil water, such as microwave and several different pots. In addition to the kitchen there are gas cooking plates, electric plates and oven, dish washer et cetera. In the kitchen there are all other cooking utensils and cutlery, and more than the basic necessity to prepare meals for guests staying in the apartment for a few days, Guests also have at their disposal coffee, tea and other basic spices available.
So when the guest writes to you that in a really well equipped kitchen with all the above written and more than that 'There are almost no basic supplies in the kitchen' you have to ask yourself am I renting a really good equipped apartment or a professional restaurant kitchen?
Going to Arsalan’s review stars I find that the check-in part was also bad!? Why? Because I was at the address when you arrived? Or because I asked you at the day of your arrival what time are you planning to arrive so that you don’t have to wait for me and didn’t wait that you as a guest inform me about the time of your arrival what would be a polite manner from someone staying at your home, or because I noticed to you during the check-in that if you need help about anything that I am on your disposal?
You wrote ‘The apartment could be a little bit cleaner’ for you? O, come on man! Really? This is the one of the things I am really careful about and the apartment was clean as always! Is this why you left it in so bad condition, dirty and unclean? Is this why you left the garbage all over the apartment outside the garbage bag, after you filled up the main garbage bag, although you had an extra garbage bags on disposal? O, come on!
Writing all of this, I regret I was too easy on you while writing the review about your stay, thinking ‘OK’, I don't want to be so explicit about the these things, this is the way it has to be, thinking to myself, while watching the messy apartment: ‘This is one of every twenty, thirty guest that don’t respect others hospitality and hard work!’ A štaš!
And at the end of this response I just have a need to write something on Croatian. Znate li za ono pravilo, pravilo koje se vrlo lako I u svakom trenutku slabosti može zloupotrijebiti: ‘Gost je uvijek u pravu’! Da! S tim da svako pravilo ima i svoju iznimku, isto tako kažu, a što nama, u ovom poslu, nikada nije pravilo, više onako iznimka: ‘Svakog gosta tri dana dosta!’ ;)
