The best location in Santa Fe. Equal distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, and Railyard district. A five minute walk to anywhere you want to be in downtown Santa Fe. Within sight of the state capitol building. Steps away from Kaune's grocery store, Capitol Coffee, and Nambe Pharmacy. Very peaceful and quiet for being in the heart of downtown SF.
Without a doubt, one of the coolest locations in Santa Fe. This authentic adobe is located right on the historic Santa Fe Trail near Paseo de Peralta. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in downtown, the Plaza, the historic Eastside, Canyon Rd, etc. Less than a minute walk from Kaune's gourmet grocery store (the oldest family owned market in the US). An enclosed patio off the master bedroom for some privacy along with a larger backyard patio for grilling out and relaxing. The Acequia Madre runs right under the backyard. Romantic, charming, cozy, and convenient. Very private and quiet feel yet in the heart of everything. Parking is available for 2 cars. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santa Fe.
Guests turn into the parking lot off of Old Santa Fe Trail (as seen in the pictures) and park in one of the designated spaces. Keys will be waiting on site for guests as per arrangements.
Interaction with guests
I live in the area should there be any emergencies, otherwise all communication will be through AirBNB Chat.
Other things to note
As an authentic adobe in the Santa Fe style, some of the doorways are very low. WATCH YOUR HEAD!
- Smoking is allowed on 2 private patios and in the front parking area. This is a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful. I prefer animal guests to be under 30lbs. Willing to consider other animal arrangements on a case by case basis.
I'm a respectful and clean guest and host. I love smooth transactions where everyone involved wins. I enjoy to traveling light, anywhere, and often. Wherever I travel I like to experience life as a local. Wherever I host, I love being able to point my guests in the right direction for the best experiences. I'm an entusiast about culture, art, food, local history, and getting the most out of time and place : )
