The space

Enjoy great mountain views from the garden and pool, while you dine with your family or while freshening up in the 10m x 5m saltwater pool (with a depth ranging from 0,8-1,8m). There are six sunloungers to rest and sunbathe, beside the pool. On the other side of the house, you will find a marvellous terrace with a barbecue, a dining table and a chill-out seating area, which will surely be your favourite hang-out, during your stay, for outdoor dining and long, relaxed after dinner-conversations under the starry night's sky. The 200m2 paved garden area is fenced and there are no direct neighbours around, so you will enjoy total privacy.

The 180m2-house is ground floor only. The entrance opens into a huge, rustic space, providing a living- and dining room, as well as an open kitchen. The seating area counts with a big sofa, 2 arm chairs and satellite TV and wifi. The dining table offers 10 seats and a fireplace provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen area counts with a dishwasher, a gas stovetop, an electric oven, a wood oven and all necessary utensils to do some good cooking with your loved ones. The laundry room counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. All rooms count with air conditioning and central heating. There are 3 bedrooms with a wardrobe: 2 with a double bed (of which one counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower) and 1 with 2 single beds. There is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. There is a possibility to prepare one folding bed in one of the double bedrooms, for an extra cost, providing place for a 7th person. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

The house is situated outside of Campanet, at only 12 km from Pollença. In Campanet you will find a grocery store for your basic needs, as well as a few bars and restaurants. For other services, you should go to Sa Pobla, which is situated at 5 km from the house. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, at 17 km, a fine sandy beach and easy to reach. Right in front of the house, you have the privilege to visit the Fonts Ufanes, where (after a few days of lots of rain) the water sprouts out of the earth with 1-3 m3/sec. It is a short, easy hike, even for children. The area of Campanet offers lots of cycling routes, as well as start points for beautiful hikes, as it is situated on the skirt of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO since 2011.
