I spend too much time: Watching wildlife
We are a family who love animals, nature, travelling and exploring new places. We love our beautiful Northumbrian castles, countryside and coastline. City breaks are a must for us too as we love the theatre, live music, and eating out. Newcastle is only a 40 minute drive. When we developed our own holiday let we had a blank space and enjoyed planning the best use of the space. Our aim throughout was to create somewhere we would be happy to stay. We have a unique location which we love - we can choose town or country, hills or beaches, even city... and all are within easy reach - our guests seem to love that combination too! We have opened up access to our wood which we are making into a wildlife area with a pond and natural habitats.
