Here are the best routes to access our villas:
From Preveza Airport (PVK):
The nearest airport, Preveza, is approximately a 1 hour and 15-minute drive to our villas. Choose between the west-coast or east-coast routes using your map. The east-coast route often has lighter traffic, while the west-coast offers scenic coastal views.
From Athens Airport:
A longer but convenient option, driving from Athens Airport takes about 4 hours and 45 minutes at an average speed of 100–120 km/h. This route provides more flight options and potentially better rates for your travel.
From Corfu Airport:
Corfu Airport offers regular flights and is conveniently located near the port. From there, you can take a ferry to the mainland port of Igoumenitsa, a journey of approximately 45 minutes. Once in Igoumenitsa, our villas are just a scenic 2-hour drive away (152 km).

Embark on a 45-minute journey down a steep path to discover the secluded and serene Ammoudi Beach, where the stunning green and blue waters will whisk your worries away. This hike is advanced, so we highly recommend contacting us for guidance before setting out.

The charming village of Vassiliki is the closest town, offering everything you need: grocery stores, a butcher, a small medical center, delightful shops, and excellent restaurants. Its beach is perfect for water sports, with shallow, calm waters. One end of the beach features soft sand, while the other has small pebbles—catering to every preference.

Just 15 km away on the other side of the hill lies the world-renowned Porto Katsiki Beach, consistently ranked among the top 10 beaches globally. Nearby, you’ll find two more breathtaking spots: Eggremni Beach (a 1.5 km walk with 400 steps) and Gialos Beach, which offers easier access.
