We (Exclusively Eastbourne) are here whenever you need us - by phone, email or in person :)
We'll meet you at the apartment initially to show you around but after that will leave you alone unless you need help or advice.
Other things to note
Short breaks are available off season (minimum stay is three nights - eg Friday to Monday) and in peak season (school holidays) there is a week-long minimum stay, with bookings usually running from Friday to Friday.
Parties are not permitted and neighbours should be considered at all times. Music, TV and general noise should be kept low after 9pm/before 9am and doors and windows closed during this period. Please also consider neighbours when returning to the property at night and when using the patio.
We are a husband and wife team, Carl and Sarah Stanger.
Carl’s background is in marketing, much of it international, which helped feed his love of travel – nicely topping up two separate global backpacking years. Experiencing a diverse mix of swanky but often soulless business class hotels and friendly but basic hostels shapes an opinion of what travellers need and want (and, as importantly, don’t).
Sarah has enjoyed a career in public relations and remains a freelance consultant in addition to roles as mother, director for Exclusively Holiday Homes and chief family organiser.
A shift away from London has many advantages for a young family who love fresh air, the outdoor life and a beach at the end of the road!
