Literally this is the nicest guesthouse living experience I’ve ever had: a body with SOD and a soul with ludicrous crush for novelty have been well attended. There are trees and flowers which blossomed while I was there, a lovely puppy, home-made Chinese cuisine and of course a bunch of smart Chinese teachers and students. Tian, the house owner, would very much like to share with you the Dos and Donts of traveling in Cape Town and make your whole stay a comfy one. Btw, it only takes 20mins to the airport and you will be taken aback by the view of UCT along the way, even in the rain. I was traveling on my own this time and definitely wanna recommend it to my friends.

T House is ideal for students and tourists alike. Very easy to find and live in due to proximity to all amenities. T House has excelled as my first air bnb experience and I know I'm always going to rate the rest against the fantastic experience I've had. T made me feel like family and I was totally at home.

I stayed at Tiaan's place for a long period, more than one month. Tiaan is a wonderful host. He will do everything he can to make you feel at home and help you during your stay in Cape Town. The accommodation is very beautiful, and the location is the best you can find if you have to go to the University of Cape Town, and still very good if you are in Cape Town for other reasons. Absolutely recommended!

This is a great b&b opened by its fascinated hosts, Tian & Lowee. Being a genuine world traveler, Tian has obviously put a lot of thoughts and passion into this place. The beautiful house is located at the mid campus of the university of Cape Town, the neighborhood is thus very safe and convenient. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, most them have private bathrooms. Understanding the need of people on the road, Tian has tried to meet the preference of individual travelers, from the diversified breakfast to addressing our different living habits. As someone from the local community, Lowee was also a great source for us to understand the country and culture. Their suggestions on sightseeing and how to get around the city have made our stay so interesting and perfect. This is definitely my choice of stay for my next visit to Cape Town and I would recommend it to all travelers, rookies or experienced.

Tiaan was such a warm and hospitable host, who really went the extra mile in making me feel welcome. The accommodation is in a quiet and private corner of the house, and has its own private bathroom. Everything was very clean, and even my bath towels were replaced daily! By far the best AirBnB stay I've had!

Tiaan made his best effort to make me feel at home, every morning we had a breakfast together and also, I could take the most use out of his previous experiences for purchasing housing goods and furniture for my new place at Cape Town. Highly recommending it for new travelers to Western Cape as location also close to all public transport and UCT.
