Apartment is located within 5 minutes walk to all the action in the City Centre but is quite at the same time. This place is ideal for couples, small groups, families, business travellers and solo adventures - everybody is welcome!

The space

There are two single beds in the bedroom which can be put together if necessary as they are frameless. In addition, the are two extremely comfortable sofa-beds (140x200cm) in the living room making this flat a comfortable place to stay for up to 4 people. All the bedding/linen, towels and hygiene products are included in your stay. You will also find fully-fitted kitchen with provision of coffee/tea for your comfort. This is the perfect place for your relaxing holiday or business trip for an affordable price.

Apartment benefits from being next to the park and riverside - perfect place for romantic evening walks or active live style with your kids and/or pets. There is even new playing ground for kids next to the house.

Interaction with guests

I will make every effort to welcome all the guest and advice on the best place to visit in the city. There is also a possibility to pick you up from the bus or train stations on request.
