Brightly lit 1-bedroom apartment, with large common space that has a futon for a guest. Very short walk from the start of the beach, and even closer to MBTA blue line stop. Local bus stop next to building. No pets in building. Check-in and check-out times are flexible!
Welcome to an apartment as if it came directly out of Ukraine! I am a Ukrainian scholar, and as such, my apartment is adorned with numerous Ukrainian themed objects and souvenirs. My place is in a great location, a great neighborhood, and very relaxing. The only notable things are: the building itself is not handicapped accessible (a few stairs leading up), and also does not have a laundry room. There is a laundromat a few mins walk away though.
Interaction with guests
My interaction depends on my work schedule, but when I am home, I would love nothing more than to uncork a nice saison, and learn about you and your travels.
- Take shoes off and leave near door.
- Host will help you with any kitchen appliances.

I am an avant garde classical composer, recently graduated from Berklee College of Music. Currently researching topics in Ukrainian studies for a masters. Love Boston and can offer plenty of recommendations for you if you are visiting the area for the first time or need some suggestions.
What am I like? A vegetarian ;). If I'm at home, I'll be happy to offer some snacks or beverages.
