Perfect central location , friendly helpful neighbour's, fresh bright and comfortable bedrooms to crash in after very busy days, games and fun dvds for rainy days,(we had one) but loved the cosiness of the bungalow. Fantastic beach 5 mins walk.we cooked each night and found everything to hand in the kitchen.brilliant for young families, also old ones like our gathering.we will book again.cant wait.

Just got home from a great stay at Nicky's house and can't recommend it enough. The house is clean and homely, more than enough space for two couples to stay comfortably. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, Welsh cakes and food essentials in the fridge - which was a lovely touch. The garden furniture, BBQ and chimnea were a great bonus, we loved sitting under the stars and toasting marshmallows in the evening. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the bungalow, and the town is about a 3 minute drive. The house is set with the Snowdonia mountains on one side and the coast on the other - the best of both. We will definitely be staying here again if we revisit Wales, it really felt like a home away from home. Thanks Nicky!

Perfect location, just 5 minutes from the beach, perfect for walking the dog. Also a short walk to the quiet beaches of Borth y Guest. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great proportions for our family of 4.

Spent four days at Nicky's bungalow, which was an ideal base for the beach, Porthmadog, Snowdon, and Llechwedd. The accomodation was spotlessly clean, the towels smelt great, and our boys loved the "puffy" duvets. Nicky's place is very obviously their own holiday getaway; as it is very well decorated with a beach/nautical theme, and some nice paintings on the walls. The home is well equipped in the kitchen; and the lounge has a large tv with dvd player and a good selection of dvd's. We were provided with the essentials on arrival; bread, milk, butter, etc, which was a very nice touch. We cannot recommend this place enough; and we will rebook in the future if we decide to revisit the area.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful part of North Wales. Short walk to the beach and a Short ride to Porthmadog and Cricceth, both worth a visit. Also enjoyed Zip Forest and Zip Caverns ... a must do. Thanks Nicky for being a great host.

Lovely bungalow tucked away in a quiet cul de sac. Nicky and family were great about us being late after we got lost, despite having a little way to travel, and generously left us some food/drink on arrival. House is a good size for four people and was spotlessly clean. It's great in both the sunshine and the rain (and we had both!) as the garden is sunny throughout the day and the living room is very cosy and warm. The garden is also completely enclosed which is a bonus for dogs. We had a really great weekend and can't recommend this place enough.
