Just steps away from the Hays Street Bridge - the gateway between Downtown and Dignowity Hill - this modern marvel provides epic views and unprecedented access to both the historic charms of San Antonio and the Millennial-rich vibes of EastPoint.
As the revitalization of San Antonio's historic and culturally-diverse Eastside continues, more and more locals and visitors are recognizing the district's unique qualities and are flocking to the area to experience its myriad entertainment and aesthetic offerings. Our magnificent and newly-built home provides its guests with unparalleled access to both Downtown and the Eastside, and offers its guests the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation or an efficient business trip. Filled with artwork and furnished for comfort, the home's high ceilings, balcony and numerous windows contribute to a bright and airy space reminiscent of the fine palazzos and pied-a-terres of Europe, but with a contemporary twist. We're confident that you'll be delighted with its many appointments - all designed to enhance your visit to our incredible city! Here's what some of our guests had to say about our place:
The property was extremely well maintained and a perfect location for walking to downtown. Met the owner the first day and he was welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. This place was kept in impeccable shape and felt cleaner than most hotels. Kitchen had everything you could need. Great place for the family to use as a jumping off point for San Antonio.
Dan's place was great! We used Uber to get to the Missions, River Walk, downtown and many other places. It was never more than $6. The house itself was super relaxing - it helped that the radio was set to classical. It was also clean (didn't see any of those Texas style roaches). Next trip to San Antonio will be spent in this house.
We loved Dan's place--very nice, open, bright, comfy beds, cool decor, well-stocked kitchen tools, and spices. We used Lyft for most of our getting around, though walked to a nearby coffee shop (half mile) which was nice. Dan was a great host--very easy to work with and contact.
My two sisters, my husband, and I spent a long weekend in San Antonio. We found Dan's wonderful place to be the perfect jumping off spot for our day to day excursions. The home was in a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed driving through to see the variety of homes on our way to explore the city. The house had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. You will find clean and modern bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the rooms bright and cheery. The decor was very much reflective of the local area. There was a balcony on which you could sit and enjoy the beautiful evenings and see the San Antonio skyline. If you choose to cook in there were all the necessary pots, pans, spices, and dishes you would need. Dan was very responsive to questions that we had. I had investigated dozens of Airbnb homes in the San Antonio area and found Dan's home to be the most reasonable within a short distance of the town (you could even walk if you wanted to but having to cross under the highways might discourage you). You will not regret choosing this home for your visit to San Antonio.
Dan's place was in a wonderful location with a great view of the skyline from the balcony. We walked over to the Hays Bridge and Alamo Beer Company. The home was lovely and the bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed having access to a few spices and cooking supplies- it was really convenient to be able to prep a couple meals. Thanks again Dan!

Other things to note
As investment and new residents continue to pour into the area, new businesses and attractions continue to open, so be sure to get out and about to explore all that there is to see and do. Turn right when you leave the house, and you're in the heart of Dignowity Hill...turn left, and the Hays Street Bridge will take you to the edge of Downtown San Antonio. Every other Sunday, the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from March to November, the Dignowity Hill Farmers Market takes place from 9 am until 2 pm at 801 N Olive Street, just a few blocks from the house.

This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, therefore we request that our guests respect that.
As much as we love our furry friends, we are unable to accommodate pets. We care about our staff's and future guests' health and comfort.
Please do not use towels to remove make-up or clean shoes or spills. Make-up removing towelettes are provided in each bathroom, and paper towels in the kitchen for spills and general cleaning.
Please dispose of diapers in the bins outside the house. Do not leave them in receptacles inside.
When you leave, please start the towels in the washer, strip the beds and place all trash in the bins outside. We so often have guests checking-in on the afternoon of your departure that it's helpful to have those tasks done.
