I'm sorry that you you experienced so many issues. We had the home deep cleaned in May and the carpets were also cleaned. The cabin is a 1920's home so pests can get in but we do have it treated on a regular service.
I did not receive any email, text or phone call from you during the trip but was available every day. Was there a reason you didn't call us? I worked every day and had a handyman on call and would have sent him out.
This is the first I'm hearing of the issues and we had guests check-in right after you left. Especially if there was an issue with one of the appliances, we'd have liked to have known so we could have fixed that for them. As it is, they did not mention the range not functioning but, maybe they didn't cook or care. I would have!
Also, which room were you sleeping in? I'd like to reattach the clothes rod.
In the future, if you have any issues with the cleaning or function of anything in the property we do request that you at least let us know. That way we can attempt to fix those issues for you or for future guests.
