The lower-level apartment (approximately ceiling height 6' feet) situated in the quite alley, where it is just step away from popular Kensington market, and busy Chinatown. Convenient and easy to access anywhere in the downtown core.

Guest access
Shared main (Front) entrance, and shoes racks are free to use. Private entry to lower-level, entire lower-level floor is private for guest interaction.

Other things to note
This is a lower-level studio in the townhouse that only sharing the main entrance, and the main floor entrance, shared laundry room, however, the main floor unit and lower-level apartment are totally separated that had its' individual private kitchen and bathroom. Please note that the ceiling height is approximately 6'-6.5'.
