With a park lot for your car inside the cul-de-sac. You cannot find a better neighbourhood to stay in São Paulo than Sumaré. It is a very green and well located area in this nervous and always surprising city. A restful and quiet area indeed.
There you will enjoy A SUNNY and furnished all ENSUITE large bedroom, a baywindow rest space and private bathroom where you may refresh your summer days in a tepid tub bath (only during the summer).
All that is part of a 2-story house in a cul-de-sac within a short distance to both Sumaré and Vila Madalena tube stations. So you will be also living quite near to the so famous bohemian nightlife of this last neighbourhood bars and restaurants.
Wireless 10 mb speed internet at your room where we can easily accomodate a table and chair for your writing or working.
The common areas of the house are:
a living and a dining room, a small garden and a kitchen to be shared with the proprietaire or one person.

An uncovered garage in the cul-de-sac may be available during your stay. Breakfast provided at an extra fee,
Weekly cleaning service fee: R$ 80 for each 8 days. If your booking is just for up to 3 nights, breakfast will be offered to you in order to reimburse the weekly cleaning service fee included in your payment.
But if you're interested on staying for 8 or more nights, a special offer will be presented for your booking including a daily cleaning fee of R$10.
Guests (one person or a couple to be accomodated in a double bed) will get a key for their bedroom locker and sign a check in document at arrival. Check out is flexible but at a definite time previously accorded with the host. A check out document is be personally signed by the proprietaire and the guest is a must.
