Great little cabin to stay in! Pretty modern and well-kept. Brad was a great host and will definitely stay here again!

Charming and cozy cabin in a very peaceful, serene location. So nice to open the door to a big field and lovely sunrise in the morning. We ran into Brad on our way out in the morning and he's friendly and kind. He responds promptly to messages and texts. We would stay here again.

Brad's place was a great home base while I was traveling for work in the area. Definitely recommend.

This quaint cabin is just as pictured. We booked for a long holiday weekend and it had everything we needed for a quiet getaway. It's secluded enough if you need some solitude but has the convenience of a local [smaller] market and larger grocery store (we went to both). It was about a 30-min drive to Black Canyon and about an hour to Blue Mesa Reservoir. Brad is really easy going but really communicative with helping you in anything you need. Other than that, it feels like you're in your own world.

We made this home base between FairPlay and Ouray. Nice and secluded.

Response from Bradley:
This little valley is one of the dustiest spots around.... Every time I turn around, I need to dust.... I am always behind with that.....oh well.

We had a great stay at Brad's cabin. It was the perfect size for two people + a pup. Brad was accommodating of our late check-in time and made sure we had what we needed while giving us privacy. The cabin is small, but the details inside are so cool. The pictures really don't do it justice. The views from the little porch area are amazing and the creek running by is an adding bonus as far as ambiance. We'd certainly stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was in really good shape, clean, and peaceful. We were in town to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP and it's an easy 30 minute drive from the park. We did have a bit of an issue finding it in the dark after a long day of driving, but it was because we saw a mailbox with the address on the opposite side of the road (the property is on the east side). Aside from that, everything was great!
