Delightful character colonial weatherboard home. Fantastic location and amazing views. We are in hospitality and have been hosting guests for twenty years .LIlac has a quality queen bed, freeview TV. WIFI private bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities. Very Private Bathroom for Lilac only.

Wonderful garden, views of town, mountains port and marina, a shared guest sitting room. Fridge, microwave, kettle free drinks. and biscuits.a library and free view TV .BBQ. We live in our own part of the house. Guests have access to a Balcony with brilliant sunsets over the Snow Capped Mountains , Town , Port and Ocean. Views are free from the Garden as well were you can sit and enjoy the peace and local native characters.
Interaction with guests
We offer as much or as little interaction as you wish but always there to help. We are well travelled and love sharing our experiences and hearing from our guests.
Being close to town but having views over it, peace and quiet with a bush reserve behind us. Have a drink on the balcony and watch the daily sunsets.
Pleasant level walk into town . Local Sprig and Fern pub with home brewed beer and light meals, and a takeaway with great fresh caught fish , great pizzas with gluten free options 3 minute walk away. Local frequent buses. We do very cheap taxi runs to airport and most places with in a 20 minute drive. Plenty of secure free off street parking

We have two other rooms which are rented out in peak season. Ozone free under the stars Spa $5.00pp for private booking. Seasonal.
Respect for an old 1860's villa, like her we like peace and quiet after 11pm -7 am. No smoking indoors.
