Relax and enjoy your stay in our clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed 3 bedroom home featuring an amazing backyard with a large private south facing deck and gas BBQ. Located in a quiet and upscale neighbourhood, our home is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, outdoor recreation, the Yellowhead Hwy and about 15-20 minutes to the famous West Edmonton Mall. Very easy access to Edmonton and St. Albert, the Anthony Henday and the Edmonton International Airport (40 minutes away).
The home is a modern two story that is perfect for families, friends or business travellers. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area is a great place to hang out, relax or entertain. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking gourmet meals and features stainless steel appliances and a granite island. A gas fireplace and TV with cable are the focal point in this warm and comfortable space. As you open the french doors from the dining area, you will discover another room - our large, private outdoor deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped yard. Enjoy a BBQ with friends and, if in season, you may be able to enjoy fresh herbs or veggies from our garden! Upstairs you will find a spacious bonus room with two futons perfect for lounging in front of the TV or using for extra sleeping space. Also located upstairs are three bedrooms, all with ample closet space. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, dresser, TV and ensuite with a large soaker tub, separate shower and heated floor.
In addition to the ensuite, there is a full bathroomon the second floor and a half bath on the main floor.

Guests have access to the entire home, yard (including our fresh vegetable garden in season!) and driveway. The basement and garage are used for our office and storage space. We do not access the garage and basement when the property is occupied.
We offer free wifi and cable TV on three flat screen TVs located in the main living area, bonus room and master bedroom.

Other things to note
This house has stairs.
Smoking is not allowed.
No pets allowed.
- No vaping inside the house.
- Please respect the neighbours/neighbourhood.
- Guests are expected to behave politely.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- No outdoor shoes to be worn in the house (main living areas).
- No open flames (ie. burning of candles, incense, etc.).
- Please place all towels in hamper at the end of your stay.
- Please load dishwasher with dirty dishes and start dishwasher before you leave.
- All garbage must be placed in appropriate waste carts outside when full during and at the end of your stay.
- Please treat our home as you would expect your own home to be treated and leave it the same way you found it.
NOTE: Full names of all guests must be provided. Government issued ID may also be requested.
