Refurbished spacious tenement flat with 2 bedrooms in the sought after neighbourhood of Morningside - a vibrant area with many cafes, shops and bars on your doorstep.

Fully furnished to a high standard with washing facilities / cooking & dining / Sky TV / wi-fi.

Flat is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road.

Bus stop within a two minute walk from the flat with direct routes into the city centre & old town.

The space

The flat comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with a key size bed) a large living room, kitchen / dining room and bathroom with walk-in shower room/ Towels and Linen will be provided.

The bus stop is right on the door step with direct routes into town (number 11 and 16). The west end of Princes street is a 40 minute walk.

There's a shared private garden to the back of the property - fold down deck chairs available for use!

Check in was easy and Tom was helpful and friendly. Place was great. Just as described. Easy to reach via bus and in a nice area.

Little but well equipped flat. Car park place just beside entrance. Nice view on the Clyde river

Hi Delaittre, I was just wondering if you have let the correct review for the correct property here? The river Clyde is located in Glasgow not Edinburgh and being a traditional Edinburgh tenement, the properties are rather large with big rooms and high ceilings. Thanks, Tom

Thomas' flat is very nice and cosy, in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are some facilities nearby (restaurants, supermarkets, bus lines,...). Thomas was always available to help.

Great stay in Tom's flat; an ideal location in a quiet cul de sac, yet literally a minute's walk to the bus stand (with regular buses into the city centre). Morningside is a lovely area with lots of fab foody places (top recommendations from Tom) en route into the city centre which is easily walkable. The flat was clean, comfy and really spacious and the provisions which Tom kindly left where a nice touch, especially the porridge for breakfast! Communication with Tom was first rate throughout and I'm happy to recommend this as a great place to stay, and very much hope to stay again.
