The space

Enjoy a Majorcan summer in this Mediterranean house on the outskirts of Campanet. The private, 6.5m x 4m chlorine pool (depth: 1m) has spectacular views to the mountains and village. It is surrounded by a wooden terrace where you can bask in the sun on six loungers. There's a barbecue if you fancy cooking outside. The modern poolside terrace is an idyllic spot for al fresco dinning. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours. The property enjoys easy parking directly outside and the main square of Campanet is only a short walk away.

This Mediterranean house offers accommodation on two floors. The comfortable air conditioned living room is equipped with sofas, TV-SAT, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and has access to the terrace. It's equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, a high chair, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom and a bedroom with double bed, fan and wardrobe are on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious, light and airy, with fabulous views across the valley, the room is completed with a double bed, en-suite with shower, wardrobe, air-conditioning and a cot. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds, wardrobe and air-conditioning. There is one electric radiator for each bedroom

Set at the foot of the Tramuntana, this villa is in a quiet lane only a five minute walk from the centre of Campanet. This old village is a great base for hiking, cycling and excursions by car. You could visit Ses Fonts Ufanes (after heavy rainfalls, water gushes up through the ground in the midst of an oak forest) or the Caves of Campanet. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay can be found in Sa Pobla, a 10 minutes' drive. If the beach is what you're searching for, go to the north and visit the family-friendly beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia only 15 – 20 minutes away

The house is nice. Everything is like seen on the pictures. Very quiet, lovely pool and terrace. We stayed there as a couple and the size of the house was just right. Fyi, there is no vacuum cleaner. You have to clear up everything with a broom and there are no litterbins. You put your wastebags on the road and they are collected some time. All in all it was an awesome stay and we enjoyed the peace very much.
