Pros -Very nice gentleman, was able to make conversation without over doing it. -Open policy to the kitchen. -Bathroom and bedroom were very clean, both of which were Private and at the end of the hallway. Cons -Lots of noise from the children’s park that is just past the back window. I heard them all day long, having fun, or screaming and crying until it was dark out. -The bed was fairly uncomfortable, springs were all wonky, and loud. -Had to take my shoes off downstairs. -Figuring out where to park wasn’t very simple.

Response from Chris:
Hi, Douglas. Among the things I'm confounded by in your review... One, you're complaining about having to remove your shoes at a place you booked where the house rules explicitly ask you to remove your shoes - most unorthodox and please read the booking BEFORE you ask to stay with a host. Two, you were provided with both a map and a written explanation of where to park (with a free permit) prior to arrival - indeed your text to me saying you were confused came while you were sitting under a visitor's parking sign surrounded by empty parking spaces.

This was my first time using air B&B. Everything went smoothly and Chris was a great host. The private bathroom was convenient. Everything was neat and clean. I loved the neighborhood - so close to everything on campus and easy to grab a bus off campus too.
