Fully furnished cozy room on the second floor of a newly built building (around 5 years old) part of a two-bedroom mini-apartment with a kitchenette, living room and full bathroom (shared).
Located in downtown Cusco, just about 8 blocks away from the main square and the touristic neighborhood of San Blas (15 minute walk).
Fantastic view of the city from the rooftop, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and the city lights under a breathtaking Andean starry night.
This room is part of a two-bedroom mini-apartment. It has a window to the street.
The shared areas are: living room (with the Tv. in it), kitchenette and bathroom.
The room is ideal for a single person or a couple and you'd have to share the common areas with the guest of the (one) other room.
The mini-apartment is on the second floor, the building is pretty much set up as a hotel, there are other 4 rooms on the floor, but they are all independent.
As mentioned before the mini-apartment has a living room and kitchenette.
You have access to the rooftop for a great view of the city or just to sunbathe and relax, there's also a clothes lines there.
You can also visit us at the 4th floor for a hot beverage or just to hang out and chat.
Interaction with guests
My father lives in the building, so he'll be around to help you.
My wife, our little babies and I live in Lima, but we are always reachable (phone or internet) to assist you with anything you need.
Other things to note
The room is not luxurious but it's clean and we will do our best to keep you comfortable and make the most out of your stay.
We have a washing machine (no dryer), that you can use for 4 soles per Kg. (soap included).
Cusco is a beautiful and unique city and we will be very happy to help you enjoy it at its fullest. All comments and suggestions are welcome.
- It's pretty much a place to rest and relax, refill your energy for all the excitement that Cusco offers.
- Please be thoughtful of the other guests, as they should be of you.
I was born and raised in Cusco. After graduating from high school I traveled to Pine Island Minnesota where I lived and attended high school as a foreign exchange student for a year. Later I participated in a work-and-travel program where I held different jobs at the SugarBush Resort in Vermont. I also spent 6 months between Canada (Montreal and Toronto) and the U.S. (New York, Washington D.C. and Virginia) traveling around.
I have a wife and twin toddlers, a boy and a girl; we're pretty much dedicated to taking care of them now, it's very tiring but the most satisfying thing in the world for us.
I like to read books and manga, watch tv, movies, and anime; for sports I like soccer, basketball, ping pong, biking and I used to practice Aikido. I also enjoy video games, computers (as I'm a Systems Engineer) and amusement parks (which sadly there aren't many around here...). I'm more of a quiet person, but I do like to try new and exciting activities now and then.
I value very much that I've been able to travel and experience different cultures and lifestyles as well as being able to meet and chat with new people from different places I believe they're really enriching experiences.
Also from my traveling experiences I know that it can be very nice to have a friendly face and a helping hand when you're far away from home, so we try to provide that to our guests.
