* Parking: The house is located in front of a park inside a gated community, so you can safely park your car in the park (see photo #15)

* It is important to consider that the apartment is located on a second floor, so you have to climb stairs. The stairs are very steep (see photo #16), so it is not recommended for children, the elderly, or people with some type of disability that prevents them from climbing stairs. Climbing with large suitcases can be uncomfortable.

* As a general rule and without exception, check-in is after 3:00 PM.

* The rental price does not include housekeeping.
