Our sincere apologies for the misunderstanding regarding check-in. Your initial arrival time was at around 1 PM, and our colleague was ready to welcome you. He tried calling several times, but couldn't reach you. By the time you arrived, he had to welcome other guests who arrived at the meantime, that's why he was a bit late, but did his best not to keep you waiting long.
