This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom security warehouse conversion is proudly positioned in the urban grittiness and prettiness of the Newtown/Camperdown area of Sydney. The fully furnished and amenities packed apartment mirrors the surrounding areas with a graffiti theme and original warehouse structure and city views. Walking distance to Newtown shops and train station and city. Of course our doors are open to anyone regardless of their Sexual orientation, race, gender, age or religion.

The space

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a converted department store warehouse. It has a huge all-timber (stock delivery) elevator that is in the centre of the building that gives the place tonnes of novel charm and even 2 years on I still can't help but gawke at it every time I come in and out of the apartment door. The balcony looks north-west over the Harbour Bridge, Berangeroo and Sydney city with Sydney University in the foreground.
There are
park walks, trendy boutique marketplace (Tram Shed), bars, restaurants, cafes, Broadway shopping centre and cinemas all a 5-10min walk away with the city 15-20min away

Guest access

-You will have access to a common rooftop with panoramic views which stretch over Balmain, Annandale, Lilyfield, Pyrmont, Forest Lodge, Glebe, city, Erskineville, Newtown and Enmore with peaks of Syd Airport. The Balcony has a reflector telescope which captures a great view of the moon, some star clustures, Venus (at dusk) and some other planets at different times of the evening.

-The main bathroom has a bathtub. All rooms have south facing floor to ceiling windows which are unreal when just lying in bed with the lights off, watching the neighbourhood coming to life under the humming night lighting.

-The loungeroom can be enjoyed while kicking back on a 5 seater modular lounge including a Samsung LED Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, 3d bluray player and PlayStation 3 if bored..

-The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much all appliances such as a top of the range coffee pod machine, all cooking utensils, pressure cooker, slow cooker, bread-maker, water cooler, blenders etc.

-If you need a quiet place to study there is a study desk with a printer, shredder, and fast Wi-Fi modem.

-Built in laundry with dryer, washing machine, iron and board is also in the apartment.

-Security parking is available upon request before stay.

-There is key/swipe access to the building from front, back and side fire stairs and car access from rear. Extra guests can contact via intercom on upper ground level and access to apartment level is either via fire stairs or lift.

Lees' apartment is great, and has easy access to the public transport system (buses are only a couple minutes walk away) shops and restaurants.

Cool urban, converted warehouse flat. Nice views of the surrounding area, great location. Sydney's public transportation is great, convenient and inexpensive. From the flat you can catch a bus and go to any location in the city. We were in town for a week, enjoyed the flat, loved Sydney and we'd stay there again.
